Two Two-Ways down. The Pacers have officially signed Oscar Tshiebwe and Isaiah Wong, leaving one Two-Way contract remaining. That spot will be the envy of every unsigned player participating in Summer League and Training Camp with the Pacers.

The likeliest candidate to receive the final spot is Kendall Brown, a Two-Way contract emeritus, who the team selected in the second round of last year's draft. In fact, I'm a bit surprised that as an incumbent he was not the first player signed. His promise as a connective, athletic forward is precisely the type of player you would expect the Pacers to develop. However, he dealt with a season ending injury last year and admitted that he only became pain free 3 weeks ago. Perhaps the team wants him to prove his health before making a commitment.

The other name to keep an eye on is Mojave King, who ironically, was the Pacers highest second round pick this year. King is a New Zealand native and the presumption is that he'll return to the NBL to continue developing. Nevertheless, should he prove himself in Vegas, the team might decide to keep him closer to home.

While the focus will be on first round picks Jarace Walker and Ben Sheppard when the Pacers take the court this weekend in Vegas, make sure to keep track of how the fringe players perform. That's where the real drama will unfold.
