The vibes surrounding the team couldn't be better than they are now. The Pacers have won 14 of their last 18 games and now they're on a grown-up field trip to Paris. It's been a whirlwind of fashion, media appearances, and sight seeing. Obi Toppin even managed to squeeze a proposal into the schedule.

But amid all the la di da, this is still a business trip. And taking care of business requires beating the San Antonio Spurs. On paper, the Pacers should have an advantage. The Spurs are coming in on a three game losing streak and they've lost seven of their last ten.

From a stats perspective, the Spurs don't do anything exceptionally well (except for not fouling on defense).

That being said, they are a young athletic team who will get out and run and take a lot of threes.

Couple that with the fact that, despite this being a "home" game for the Pacers, the crowd will be mostly Spurs fans and I really hope the Pacers don't make the mistake of letting their opponents start feeling themselves.
