After dropping their second consecutive game, the Summer Pacers are hoping to get in the win column against the Phoenix Suns today.

Though the Pacers fell 105-94 to the Timberwolves, there were plenty of highlights to enjoy from the young guns. Johnny Furphy broke out, showing a little bit of everything. He had active hands defensively, ran the floor, filled space, crashed the boards – and, oh yeah, stroked it from deep.

If you want a much smarter basketball breakdown than I could ever provide on how the young Aussie might look when wins and losses start mattering, I suggest checking out Caitlin Cooper's breakdown.

Jarace Walker was productive, though slightly underwhelming again. His shot continues to look like a real weapon. He made five threes with plenty of them off the dribble. He also took on the challenge of guarding water-bug point guard Rob Dillingham, when the former Kentucky Wildcat started to go off. Walker didn't exactly shine navigating screens and sticking with a player that quick, but the best version of Jarace is a 1-5 defensive stopper so I'm happy he's willing to take reps to try to become that guy.

Enrique Freeman again stood out to me as a player that we're going to love. You knew he'd bring a lot of fight but he seems to have more polish than I expected. He went a perfect 5-for-5 from the floor and even buried a 3 on a 4 point play.

He finished the game with 14 points, three rebounds, and one assist.
