The game was very Summer-League-y. If you tuned in to watch cohesive, efficient basketball, you likely scratched your eyes out by the end of the first half. Turnovers and missed shots were so contagious, I reflexively dusted off my N95 from 2020 and watched the game with it on.
Still, "Summer-League-y" also means that there were enough flashes of brilliance to make watching the game worthwhile.
Jarace Walker, ended the game with a solid stat line of 25/6/4.

Furphy, for his part, looked skinny and young to me ā both of which will change with time, whether he likes it or not. Though he didn't light it up, he made a few shots from behind the arc and was active off the ball. No reason to doubt his scouting report yet.

Enrique Freeman looks like he could be a player. His insane wingspan was on display on a few block and his nonstop motor will help him get on the floor even if he's still a bit raw. I'm definitely keeping an eye on him whenever the Summer Pacers suit up.
