The Indiana Pacers and Milwaukee Bucks are set to clash tonight in Game 4 of their Eastern Conference first-round playoff series at Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee. The Pacers currently lead the series 2-1 after the Bucks secured a 117-101 victory in Game 3, narrowing Indiana's series lead.
On Friday, the Bucks overcame a 10-point halftime deficit with a dominant second half, outscoring the Pacers 70-44. Gary Trent Jr. led the charge, tying a franchise playoff record with nine three-pointers and scoring 37 points. Giannis Antetokounmpo matched Trent's output with 37 points, adding 12 rebounds and six assists. The Bucks' defense held Indiana to just 18 points in the third quarter, shifting the pressure in the series back onto the Pacers.
But you know what? Good. The Pacers are a team that plays its best under pressure. This squad will reliably underperform when there is no fire under its tushy. Good on the Bucks for making the Pacers sweat, we deserve to see them play to their full capabilities.
