The Pacers got a win! I'd almost forgotten what it feels like to root for the winning team but Friday night in Chicago was a pleasant reminder.
The team โ just as I predicted ๐ โ took advantage of a Bulls squad that was on the second night of a back-to-back. The performance was well-rounded, at least relative to what we've seen so far this year, with the Pacers exerting their will offensively and doing enough defensively to keep the Bulls at bay.

It certainly didn't hurt that the Pacers couldn't miss from three. Their stellar accuracy set a season record for 3pt Shooting Percentage.

The team got contributions from all of the usual suspects, finishing with six players in double digits.

Speaking of records, poor Travis Best has been passed on the Franchise Assists leader board again this season. Tyrese has moved into 6th place and is nipping at his backup's heels.

Charlotte Hornets
The Pacers get another opponent on the second night of a back-to-back. On top of that, the Hornets are dealing with plenty of injuries of their own and should be extra tired.
While Charlotte is not the best offensive team, it does two things that can give the Pacers trouble: crashing the O-boards and spamming threes. In fact, over 45% of Charlotte's field goal attempts come from behind the arc.
According to Rick Carlisle, the team will have to be dedicated at cleaning up misses so that they don't give their opponents second chance three point attempts, which generally are better looks.
Coach Carlisle talks about how we were able to pick up the win in the final game of the road trip in Chicago on Friday and the key takeaways from our last meeting against the Hornets in Charlotte in today's exclusive pregame interview with @PacersJJ. pic.twitter.com/4Vq6Kvac6W
