The Spicy P Pacers are back at it tonight in Phoenix. The first outing with Pascal Siakam in tow was a sloppy mess. A mix of fatigue, rust, and brand new lineups resulted in a disappointing loss to a struggling Portland Trailblazers team.

Hopefully the Pacers will have extra energy tonight. First, they are facing a star-studded Suns team that is finally healthy and clicking on all cylinders. The Suns are winners of four straight behind offensive excellence and solid defense. If the Pacers play like they did against Portland, the game will be over by the start of the fourth quarter.

Second, this is the final game of the road trip. Perhaps the Pacers will treat it like that last 100 meters in a track event and find a final burst to close out the race.

The team acquired Pascal Siakam in order to have someone to guard the giant wing scorers that populate the league. After facing a particularly in-form Jerami Grant on Friday, things get no easier today. Siakam will match up with the prototype himself, Kevin Durant. Nothing would endear Siakam to Pacers fans more than a solid defensive effort that contains Durant in a Pacers win.
