Myles Turner and the underperforming Bucks are in Indy to face off with Pascal Siakam and the underperforming Pacers – just like the league drew it up for the Christmas Eve-Eve matchup.

The Bucks are on a three game losing streak and 1-5 over their last six games. That would sound bad, if the Pacers weren't on a five game losing streak of their own to soften the blow. With both Tyrese Haliburton and Giannis Antetokounmpo out for extended periods, neither team has been particularly good at treading water.

The good news, is that six months out from surgery, Haliburton is starting to resemble his former self – at shoot around at least.

The numbers aren't particularly kind to the Pacers tonight, though the Bucks stats are definitely inflated from their pre-Giannis-injury stretch. Still, when have the numbers been kind to the Pacers this year?

On the bright side, the Pacers have played good stretches of basketball against both Boston and New York. It's about time they put a full game together and I can think of no moment more opportune than right before a little holiday break.
