Win a game, lose a game. Beat a good team, lose to a bad team. The Pacers are only predictable in their unpredictability.
Will they win tonight? Even show up? You’d think so. The Knicks wiped the floor with them at MSG last time they met. Not to mention the sting of losing to the Hornets should still be fresh on their minds.
But with these Pacers it’s hard to know how they’ll respond on any given night. I will state, however, that in the past this group has always bounced back from ruts — so I caution you not to fall too deeply into despair.
Especially when it comes to Tyrese Haliburton. Tony East wrote something similar.
Many numbers in here that I found interesting in research. I think the way Haliburton is currently playing and his close to last season are discussed very poorly. But he does need to be better.

Injuries
The team is a bit banged up with Toppin, Nembhard, and TJ all listed as questionable. Nesmith is still out.
Obi Toppin does indeed have a left ankle sprain and is questionable tomorrow. Nesmith, Wiseman, Jackson out. Nembhard and McConnell also questionable. https://t.co/GqhtnqU4bA
