The Pacers fell 128-108 to the Hawks last night in the team's first NBA Cup matchup. In years past, scoring 108 points within regulation would have indicated a strong offensive performance. But the game has changed and it felt like the Pacers couldn't buy a bucket. They shot 35% from the floor 27.7% from three. The loss brings them to 0-5 on the year.

There's no time to dwell on the past because they have another game tonight against the visiting Golden State Warriors. The Warriors are enjoying a strong start to the season, though they are coming off a dud of a game, losing to the Antetokoumpo-less Bucks on Thursday. Let's hope they struggle with our backups as much as they did with Milwaukee's.

Speaking of backups, we are getting another one back in the fold tonight in Johnny Furphy.

We also added Jeremiah Robinson-Earle via a Hardship Exception.

I'd expect both players to see the floor at some point tonight.
