The Pacers hit the road after an ugly loss to the bottom feeder Nets. They're looking for their first win away from home but I'm not sure I'd expect it to come tonight. Playing in Denver is never easy and the stats suggest a lopsided fight.

The Nuggets possess the most efficient offense and a top-5 defense. They are 6-2 on the year. If there's a silver lining, it's that Denver is on the second night of a back-to-back and the Pacers have had two days of rest.

There is another bit of good news. The Pacers backcourt should look significantly more steady in the weeks to come. They finally got Monte Morris on the roster (who they had tried to bring to camp but he wasn't healthy).

The other big news – bigger news, in fact – is that Andrew Nembhard is expected to play tonight. Nemby coming back could be the first domino in a series of returns that ends the Pacers' time as the leaders of the tank brigade.

Injuries

Unfortunately Taelon Peter is back on the injury report.

Both Aaron Gordon and Jamal Murray are questionable tonight, which could present an opportunity for the Blue & Gold.
