The Pacers are back at home after dropping a winnable game in Miami. The loss saw the Pacers slide down to 5th place in the Eastern Conference standings, with the Milwaukee Bucks overtaking them.
Nevertheless, tonight the team has a different Central Division rival on its mind. The Chicago Bulls are what they have been for what seems like an eternity: a play-in team with no real hope of winning a playoff series.
On the bright side, the team finally moved on from Zach LaVine and appears to have accepted that a rebuild is necessary.
On the season, the Bulls have a below average offense and a no good, very bad defense.

However, over the last five games, despite being 2-3, their numbers are significantly better, even ranking top-10 in defensive efficiency over that stretch. As always, this isn't a game that the Pacers can simply overlook.
